Creating passenger groups and generating reports

To create a passenger group, go to the "groups" in the Passenger menu.


Click on the "New" tab which will display a box as shown below:



Select the desired passengers from the list on the left side and add them to the box on the right side. Also create a name for the group and click "OK".
The new group will be created and it will be visible on the passengers groups list.

To create a passenger report based on the newly created group, go to the "Reports" and select the report template "All Passengers Report" and object as the newly created group from the selection drop box.

When the report is executed for a selected interval, it will display the passenger report with details such as Employee ID, Date, Punch In time, Initial Location, Final Location, Punch Out time and the Duration.
